In 2020, GAAR subscribed to Zoho, a Live Chat tool on our website to connect members with another way to interact with Membership. After reviewing it's low usage, it was determined that the subscription fee and staffing does not justify it's renewal.

A message regarding it's termination has been up since early January. On Monday, January 31st, 2022 the function will no longer be available.
