Hosted by Brent Lancaster and powered by the Center for REALTOR® Development, this 7-hour virtual course is designed for REALTORS® of all experience levels working with buyers or sellers. Participants will learn essential techniques for creating and presenting Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), employing best practices for pricing residential properties, and effectively collaborating with appraisers. Additionally, the course equips attendees to guide clients through market misperceptions and anxieties, boosting their professional credibility.

The $267 registration fee includes a $50 discount on the course and application fees, with no continuing education credit available. This course also fulfills an elective requirement for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.
