After our lockbox finalists, Supra and Sentrilock, made their presentations to the Board of Directors and to members at the town hall, we gave all members a chance to provide feedback about their lockbox preferences.

Some quick highlights from our survey shows that out of 475 respondents, 79.6% are either satisfied/very satisfied with Supra. Over 38% responded that they were very satisfied with Supra. Moving forward, respondents place the most value on ease of use, reliability and battery life. For improvements, top on the respondents' lists are even longer battery life and more real-time notifications – especially when the showing is over.

As we wrap up the Research and Audit phase, we enter Phase 2– RFP and Analysis. Over the next few weeks we will be receiving responses to our RFP where we will begin to get a better idea about pricing.

We anticipate the final action by the Board by September 16th, so we will be ready with a new contract in place by February 9, 2016, when our current contract expires.
