1. Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

The ideal candidate has experience managing the backend of a website, analyzing web traffic and data, social media management, and creating graphics.

General Description of the Role
This position is responsible for designing and maintaining a website that provides users with relevant and accurate real estate information and access to current and timely information about the REALTOR® Associations and the services they provide. In addition to website design and maintenance, key responsibilities of this position include scheduling and distributing a wide variety of communications and supporting the graphic design requirements of the Association.

2. Member Support Coordinator

General Description of Responsibilities
A Member Support Coordinator, aka ‘Director of First Impressions,’ has a responsibility for creating a positive environment and experience for members. This position interfaces directly and regularly with members to answer a wide variety of questions and resolve issues about Association membership, benefits and programs; processes and maintains membership applications, change requests, payments and related records and documentation; supports lock box access; and performs a variety of accounts receivable, data entry and auditing and related administrative/business processes.
