Michelle Doherty is an agent with RLAH Real Estate in Arlington, Va., serving Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. Doherty was named one of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 in 2019, and she is the 2024 chair of NAR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) Advisory Board. She also serves as a member of the Virginia REALTORS® Board of Directors. Gary Rogers, ABR, CRS, is the broker-owner of RE/MAX on the Charles in Waltham, Mass. He serves as NAR's 2024 member services liaison, a conduit for communication between the committee and the NAR leadership team. Rogers also has served as NAR's Region 1 vice president, covering Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, and a director of the REALTORS® Relief Foundation(link is external).
