SWMLS REALTOR® members use a variety of different Transaction Management programs in their business.  Some of these like Instanet/Transaction Desk and DotLoop are actually integrated into FlexMLS, making it easy to start a new Transaction or import the MLS data to start new forms.

SWMLS is excited to announce that another popular Transaction Management program called ZipForms is now integrated into FlexMLS. You must be an existing ZipForms Subscriber and must also pay an annual fee of $24.95 a year for MLS Connect in order to use this new Flex feature.

If you are a current ZipForm Plus subscriber you can now start a new ZipForm Transaction directly from an MLS listing (and import MLS data on your Transaction forms.) When viewing the Detail report of a listing you should see the ZipForm link on the Detail tab (next to Infosparks and RPR.) You will need to sign in with your ZipForm username and password the first time. If you aren’t a Zipform Plus user you will be prompted to subscribe to their service.

Quick Summary of ALL Transaction Management tools available in FlexMLS:

Instanet/Transaction Desk:  Free benefit for all SWMLS members. Access to Instanet is included in your annual State dues. It is the #1 most used Transaction program by SWMLS users and is available in the FLEX Product Menu and from the Detail tab on any listing.

DotLoop:  10 free loops are available.  After you exceed your 10 free loops you will need to pay annually to use the DotLoop Transaction system.  This program is also fully integrated into FlexMLS (Product Menu and Detail Links for starting a new transaction.) DotLoop used to be a free benefit but 2 years ago that partnership ended with SWMLS.  Tip: A loop is a single transaction.

ZipForm Plus and MLS Connect:  ZipForm uses a feature called MLS Connect® to integrate the forms with the MLS data and is available to any SWMLS member that subscribes to ZipForms and MLS Connect.  ZipForm Plus is a paid subscription service but is also offered as a NAR member benefit.  MLS Connect must still be purchased separately ($24.95 a year) even if you get the ZipForms as a NAR benefit.
