Beginning July 9th, FlexMLS will have a new REQUIRED field.

All Residential and Residential Income property types will require:

Audio/Video Surveillance in Use:  Yes/No

Please note:

• The field will be private and will not syndicate outside of FlexMLS.
• If a listing is edited after the field is added, you will be required to update the new field to save the listing.
