There is a new report available in FastStats that breaks down the total number of showings and managed listings for each MLS Area, and generates a statistic they call “Buyer Interest,” which is an average number of showings per listing. Here is an example page from the report for one area:

1. Login to Flexmls
2. Click Menu 
3. Under Products, click InfoSparks
4. Click FastStats 
5. Click ShowingTime Showings Report 
6. Select Time Period
7. Click View Report

Additionally, you may CLICK HERE for a link to an additional report, that shows the number of showings by month for 2019, 2020, and 2021. This allows you to see the impact of COVID-19 on Real Estate Showings.
