GAAR's new consumer website NewMexicoHomeSearch.com is taking off state-wide.

Three local REALTOR® Boards have joined the new website. Taos County and Roswell have included their listings in the site's home search and REALTOR® search features and CARNM is joining under a new link share for commercial real estate. With help from the site's developer, Real Estate Webmasters, the new listing feeds are expected to launch in the next few weeks.

The website was developed both to meet NAR Core Standards requirements and to better promote New Mexico and the REALTOR®-brand to New Mexico home buyers.

Keep an eye out for future updates on the consumer site – including the fix for the regional search bug and the roll-out of the REALTOR® profile improvements.
