The revised Purchase Agreement – Residential Resale (2022 OCT) and the new Objection, Response and Resolution (ORR) forms will be “live” in the NMAR Forms library any day. 

As addressed in the October Forms Update video, and my most recent article in The Voice, this new ORR process and the new forms will better assist buyers and sellers in complying with federal law which requires all amendments to the purchase agreement to be provided to the lender/underwriter.
