The New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department launched new software to streamline the license renewal process. You have received an email from NMRLD stating that you have created a new account.  In reality, NMRLD began the process for you and all you need to do is select a password. This system applies to ALL licenses granted by the state of New Mexico, not just NMREC.  

What You Need to Know

• Current licensees will receive an email from noreply.rldlicensing@state.nm.us
• Follow the instructions in the email and click the link provided
• Make note that your user name has been changed
• Reset your password
• Your account is now visible with your list of licenses and their corresponding status
