The Leadership Development Program is an educational and informational program designed to encourage and develop future leaders in our industry and community at all levels. The program consists of five modules, begins Thursday, January 26th.
Are you ready to explore and expand your leadership capabilities?
Then consider participating in the 2017 Leadership Development Program (LDP)! The goal of this program is to provide you with the tools needed to have a successful leadership journey; to understand more about yourself and the important role you play as a member of this community and as a distinguished REALTOR® Member.
The modules will take place on the following days (all sessions are from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm) and will include breakfast and lunch.
- Thursday, January 26th: Government in Action and the REALTOR® Family Tree
Field Trip to the Santa Fe for a legislative update from RANM and a special behind the scenes look at the Round House
- Friday, February 3rd: You as a Leader…
Leadership Trainer, Katie Snapp will explore your leadership and aspirations, models of leadership style and the concepts of communication as an influencer
- Friday, February 10th: 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (part 1) with Brad Stewart
- Friday, February 17th: 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (part 2) with Brad Stewart
- Friday, February 24th: Follow the Leader
Leadership Trainer, Katie Snapp will continue to build your confidence as an influencer, help you find out how important public speaking is and how to build your circle of influence.
- Graduation at the Awards Gala on March 3rd.
A $150 commitment fee is required from each person selected to participate. In addition to attending all sessions, participants will be asked to participate in initiatives requiring a commitment of their time extending past the structured modules. Through the application process, approximately 40 individuals will be invited to participate in the 2017 program.
