Last weekend, 394 GAAR REALTORS® opened doors to 538 Open Houses for this two-day event.

The GAAR Grande Open house events, held twice a year, can help boost exposure and showing activity for a listing that has been on the market for several months. The average days on market for all listings that held an open house last weekend was 54 days. And of the 538 listings, 79 had less than 7 days on market. Many “older” listings benefit with a fresh round of showings by participating in the bi-annual Grande Open House events. Relisting a property or dropping the price are not the only alternatives for gaining exposure for "older" listings. Stay tuned for the dates of the Spring Grande Open House.
