Last weekend, New Mexico Home Search held its annual Spring Open House event. Statewide there were more than 200 residential open houses over the weekend. And since April 1st, Albuquerque saw 134 homes go into pending! Open House participation was the highest we've seen in the past few years. 

Through combined marketing efforts, 44,000+ viewers searched for Open House information on NewMexicoHomeSearch.com. GAAR promoted the Open House Weekend and the value of using a REALTOR® online through the Google Ad Network, Social Media, and a segment on KRQE's New Mexico Living. 

The next Statewide Open House Weekend is scheduled for October 7th & 8th.
