GAAR's Grande Open House Weekend is not just for listing agents. 

It's a great chance for your buyers view a lot of homes in a short period of time. However, they'll need your help to make their search easier.

Here are a few ideas for helping your buyers for GAAR Grande Open House Weekend:

1. Send out an email to all your serious buyers about GAAR's Grande Open House Weekend.

2. Print a custom list for each buyer.

While the open houses are available on NewMexicoHomeSearch.com, you can pull a more customizes, printable list for them from from Flexmls. The open houses listed in Flexmls for the dates of 4/16/16 and 4/17/16 will be the same listings participating in the event.

3. For less urgent buyers, you can direct them to this link on the new consumer website NewMexicoHomeSearch.com or to the GAAR REALTOR® Building to pick up the Open House List printed by in the Albuquerque Journal.

4. Lead your buyers on a tour.

If you have multiple buyers, you can meet them all here at the GAAR REALTOR® Building on Saturday between 9 am and 2 pm. We will be holding our own "Open House" that features a Home Buyer's Expo with our GAAR Affiliate Members with door prizes. Plus morning show host Donnie with 100.3 The PEAK will be broadcasting live from the GAAR Parking lot between 10am and noon.

5. If you are new agent, stop buy the GAAR Building on Saturday (between 9am and 2 pm) to help meet and greet potential new buyers...plus help blow up balloons 😊
