About Your Panelists

Sean Hellmann, CEO of HergGroup Albuquerque with Keller Williams Realty, has been practicing real estate since 2004. In 2012, he started The Hellmann Group and quickly grew the team to become one of the Top 20 in the Albuquerque market. In 2019, Sean and his team joined forces with a leading Keller Williams expansion team, Hergenrother Realty Group. Sean grew up in a military family and is a Homes for Heroes affiliate who serves local heroes. He has served on the Keller Williams International Agent Leadership Council and is a past President of the Rio Rancho Rotary Club. Sean earned Business and Finance degrees from Southern Illinois University and when he's not selling homes, he enjoys spending time with his son Bryce, golfing, running, and snowboarding.

Robbie Faithe is the founder of The Faithe Real Estate Group and leader of one of Keller Williams Realty top producing teams has been practicing real estate for 13 years. Since starting his investing career at the age of 18, Robbie's real estate portfolio consists of single-family homes, apartment complexes, and a mobile home park totaling 83 rental units and $10 million in assets under management. Robbie currently has an additional 14 units under contract to purchase.
