Last week, New Mexico Tourism Cabinet Secretary, Rebecca Latham, presented the latest updates on the successful New Mexico True campign.
We learned how New Mexico True impacts us as citizens and as REALTORS®. Tourism doesn't just effect the hospitality industry. It also generates tax revenue to support government services statewide. It supports the local economy by creating jobs. And it helps people relocate to the state – which is one reason our NewMexicoHomeSearch.com partnership is so important.
New Mexico True even works with large employers, like Sandia National Labs, attract talent to our state.
By telling our New Mexico True stories, they attract adventure travelers to our state – travelers that return as students, retirees and vacation home buyers.
NewMexico True also reminds all of us that New Mexico is a unique place; a place that is both physical and emotional.
Our beautiful state is rich in spirit and culture. It is filled with interesting people and customs, amazing art, incredible food and a rich history. It is a place with vistas and beauty beyond belief. To see, taste and experience everything that New Mexico has to offer, evokes a “True” feeling of adventure steeped in culture.
New Mexico True is a brand that transcends tourism. It is the brand for New Mexico.
