The SWMLS Board of Directors has voted not to renew its agreement with Rental Beast. A formal notice has been sent, and the current contract will expire on June 27, 2025.

In preparation for this change, SWMLS is actively working on updates to rental-related fields within FlexMLS. Once these updates are complete, we’ll provide detailed guidance to ensure your rental listings continue to syndicate smoothly to major platforms like Zillow.
