NAR’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy includes an “Executive Commitment Pillar” to ensure that NAR leadership is educated on DEI. To meet that objective, NAR has issued   new requirements for all Association Directors to be phased in.

One of the requirements:

• Beginning in 2024, serving GAAR Directors will be required to complete the At Home With Diversity Certification as a performance expectation by May 1st, 2024.
• Beginning in 2025, completion will become a qualification for serving as a GAAR Director.

To help members meet the qualification, GAAR is offering the course in February.
