Cassandra Morrison
Morrison served the City of Albuquerque residents for over 20 years with the Albuquerque Police Department retiring as a Sergeant in May of 2013. Her specialties included Senior Team Leader for Crisis Negotiations, Senior Sergeant for Crisis Intervention, Field Training, and Instruction. She has continued to serve the Greater Albuquerque Metropolitan Area as a Trusted Real Estate Advisor since September 2010. She worked for small real estate firms while finishing her previous career to guarantee her pension. She entered the market as a novice flipper to save commissions. Cassandra began working for Coldwell Banker Legacy in April 2013. She was ranked #21 in the company for 2020. She holds many certifications/designations: Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, e-PRO Certified, Certified Residential Specialist, C2EX, Seller Representative Specialist, and NM Safe Certified. Cassandra has a degree in Criminal Justice and Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. She utilizes her education as a small business owner in Albuquerque. On a personal note, she is single and the mother of a 6-year-old Italian Greyhound fur-baby, Giovanna. Cassandra enjoys golfing, new experiences, and traveling as much as her career will allow her to.
