Last year GAAR hired T3 Sixty to conduct the GAAR & SWMLS Performance Survey. T3 Sixty is a prominent management consultancy and research firm in the real estate industry known for its expertise in real estate technology, brokerage operations, and strategic planning.
By gathering feedback and opinions on member experiences, needs, and suggestions, the survey helped the GAAR and SWMLS Board of Directors understand the collective sentiment and challenges faced by members. It provided valuable insights into the issues that matter most to members. The quantitative and qualitative assessments helped to identify areas for improvement to enhance member experiences.
Early this year, the GAAR and SWMLS Board of Directors leveraged the data gained from the Performance Survey to create Strategic Plans that align with member needs and aspirations to strengthen the Association and provide value to members. One of the GAAR Strategic Plan priorities is to increase member engagement and your input will be requested in an upcoming Communication Survey.
The results of the Performance Survey have been shared with various committees and are available below to all members. The resulting GAAR and SWMLS Strategic plan follows as well.
