Lend a hand to GAAR Authorities and identify members for Jail & Bail round-up on May 3rd. This voluntary fundraiser supports RPAC, your advocate for protecting homeownership, private property rights, and the real estate industry.

How to Participate:

1. Call GAAR to put a REALTOR® or Affiliate Member on the "Jail & Bail Most Wanted List" for $25* (505-842-1433, option #5). Deadline to "snitch" is Thursday, April 25th at 5 pm.

2. Payment will credit your NRDS# as an RPAC contribution

3. Members that have been "snitched" on will be contacted & offered 3 options for release:

• Pay $50* “bribe” to avoid arrest on May 3rd
• Surrender Friday, May 3rd for "GAAR House Arrest" & to raise bail** 
• Opt-out & “flee the country” (participation is voluntary)

4. "Mug shots" will be released for members to "press additional charges."

5. On Friday, May 3rd, "GAAR Most Wanted" will be rounded up and placed under "GAAR House Arrest" until they make bail**.

6. All members are invited to stop in for "visitation" and "chow with the jailbirds" on Friday, May 3rd.

Prizes to be awarded for "Biggest Snitch" & "Most Wanted."

*Payments must be with a personal check or credit card. Jail & Bail is a voluntary fundraiser for RPAC, your advocate supporting private property, home ownership, and the real estate industry. 

**No minimum bail amount has been set as this is a voluntary event intended to increase participation.
