Qualifying Broker details will be a new required field for three additional Commercial Property Types.

QB Name and QB License #  will be two new required fields for the following property types:

• Farm & Ranch
• Commercial Sale
• Commercial Lease

This will affect all new listings beginning Monday, April 8th. If a member edits an existing listing, they will be required to complete the new fields to continue. All other property types already require these fields, so there will be no changes to them.
