If you need to call Supra’s call center for assistance with your Supra key, you will be asked to provide your eKEY serial number.

To locate your eKEY serial number, open the eKEY app on your smartphone or tablet. At the top of the screen you will see either eKEY Basic or eKEY Professional followed by your key serial number.

Important! Record your eKEY serial # somewhere in a safe place so if you get a new smartphone or need to re-install the eKEY app, you’ll be able to locate your eKEY serial number.
