This holiday season, Zillow introduced a magical experience by adding an interactive 3D tour of Santa's House, offering a festive glimpse into the legendary North Pole residence. Visitors can explore unique spaces like Santa's mailroom, a hot cocoa bar, a gift-wrapping room, and even participate in a holiday treasure hunt featuring hidden seasonal items throughout the cabin.

Santa's House, a charming log cabin built in 1822, spans 2,086 square feet and sits on 25 scenic acres. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a cookie-baking oven, a spacious living area centered around a grand fireplace, a detached sled garage, and reindeer stables.

Zillow also launched the "Let Santa Know You Moved" feature, allowing families to update Santa with their new address to ensure proper gift delivery. As of December 2024, the property’s estimated value stands at $1.2 million, reflecting market trends.

While Santa's House isn’t for sale, this festive addition brings holiday joy by showcasing the magic of Santa and Mrs. Claus’s cozy home.
