As we continue to simplify your member experience, effective immediately when a member is transferring offices, we will no longer require the Listing Agreement Addendum to transfer listings.
The only requirement is for the QB who is releasing the Listings will need to send an email to support@swmls.com stating that the Broker who is leaving has permission to take any Listings with them. They will need to specify Active Listings and whether or not it includes Pending Listings. The accepting QB will then be notified of the transferring Listings by SWMLS.
