The Nominating Committees have officially selected the candidates for the 2025 GAAR & SWMLS Board of Directors Election. Members are encouraged to cast their votes online from Monday, October 7th, through Sunday, October 13th.
The GAAR Board election includes four director positions and openings for President-elect and Vice President. Meanwhile, the SWMLS election features candidates for one director position and the roles of President-elect and Treasurer.

Board members play a critical role in guiding the direction and success of the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. They are responsible for setting strategic goals, making key decisions impacting all members, and ensuring the association’s mission and values are upheld.
