This is the time of year we get many listing errors caused by inputting the incorrect year.
As we edge closer to 2022, we want to remind members to pay close attention to the dates entered in the MLS for a new listing. Many will enter 2021 for the first week or so when they mean to enter 2022.
There are some constraints in place to help mitigate this, so if you get an error that says "Should not be more than 30 days prior to the current date" or something similar, double-check that your dates are correct.
Similarly, if you add a listing and can't find it in search, or it expires immediately - double-check that your dates are correct.
