The new and improved gaar.com is designed to be an intuitive, user-friendly resource for GAAR members.
While it is easy to use, you may not know all the features it has to offer. So every week, we will showcase a portion of the website under our "Web Highlight" blog. Since the website is a "living" resource (meaning we are always working to improve it with new features), be sure to catch this important weekly article.
This week, we are highlighting the Support & Training page of the REsource section of the website. In addition to Support & Training, the REsources section is where you can find:
- IDX Information, including a web vendor list, RETS informatio and the IDX Agreement form
- VOW information, also known as your Virtual Office Website. You can also find the VOW Agreement form here.
- Public Improvement District (PID) information. In the past, finding PID information has been difficult to find. Now you can find it easily under the REsource section of the website.
Note: We will be adding more resources to this section throughout 2017.

- Tech Helpline. Note: Keep their number on speed-dial. They are absolutely amazing FREE tech support that not only specializes in common Realtor apps, but also can help you wit basics like setting up printers, networking and more.
When you click on the box, it will take you to a page dedicated to that product/service. This will include suppport contact information, training videos, articles and other information.
