Withdrawn Status

‘Temp Off Market’ status in Flexmls has changed to ‘Withdrawn.’ Withdrawn listings are those that are unavailable for showing, however, a listing agreement is still in effect. 

Withdrawn listings are different than one that is Temporarily Off Market.  ‘Temporary Off Market/Do Not Show’ listings are those that remain in ‘Active’ status, with notes in the remarks stating the ‘off market’ conditions.  These conditions may not exceed seven (7) days.

Listings in Withdrawn status should still be maintained by the listing broker, as the status reflects that an exclusive agreement between the listing broker and the seller still exists.  Any changes to the listing’s status must be made in Flexmls within 48-hours. 

Estimated Close Date

When changing a listing’s status to Pending or Closed, the following labels on the corresponding menus have changed;

- Estimated Sell Date is now Estimated Closing Date

- Selling Date is now Closing Date

- Selling Price is now Closing Price

- Selling Comments changes to Closing Comments

New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax Location Code Overlay

SWMLS has added a GRT Location Code overlay within the Flexmls map search!  When on a map search within Flexmls, click on ‘Overlays’ and select GRT Location Code.
