
If you've wondered why MLS fields keep changing, it's because we're continuing our alignment with the RESO Standards. This has been ongoing for about 5 years.
This has been and will continue to be an ongoing process. Many of the updates have been completed, but there are more in the Flexmls pipeline, and the SWMLS Policy Committee is currently working on others.
The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) develops standards to streamline data from different real estate platforms to drive efficiency throughout the real estate industry.
