After 15 years without a local dues increase, the GAAR Board of Directors voted to raise its annual local REALTOR® dues by $31.
Ensuring GAAR REALTOR® members have the tools and services they need to excel while continuing to responsibly manage the Association’s assets and resources on behalf of the membership, remains the top priority of GAAR leadership and staff.
REALTOR® State (NMAR) and National (NAR) dues have each experienced incremental increases over the years to adjust for inflation and the rising cost of conducting business, which are the reasons why GAAR must also now adjust to shifting economic conditions.
Breakdown of the 2024 REALTOR® Dues
Additionally, the Boards of Trustees for RPAC and RECPAC each voted to increase the recommended voluntary contributions to support their mission to advocate on behalf of you and your business. If you would not like to contribute to RPAC and/or RECPAC, simply uncheck these items when paying your invoice in your portal. Although they will still appear on your account, they will be written off at the conclusion of the billing.
You can check your balance and make a payment by logging into the GAAR Member Portal at gaar.com or accessing Flexmls by going to the Products Menu and selecting My GAAR Portal.
