Membership Invoices for 2025 may now be viewed online with payment due by December 31st, 2024.
Your Local Association (GAAR) and National Association (NAR) REALTOR® dues remain unchanged for 2025. Your State Association (NMAR) REALTOR® dues increased $35 for 2025, as approved by the NMAR Board of Directors.
Breakdown of your 2025 REALTOR® Association Dues
A voluntary contribution amount of $50 to RPAC is suggested to support the efforts of state and federal legislation, and a voluntary contribution amount of $25 to RECPAC is suggested to support local efforts on the issues that are most important to the growth and stability of the real estate industry. If you would prefer not to contribute to RPAC and/or RECPAC, simply uncheck these items when paying your invoice in your portal. Although they will still appear on your account, they will be written off at the conclusion of the billing.
You can check your balance and make a payment by logging into the GAAR Member Portal at gaar.com or accessing Flexmls by going to the Products Menu and selecting My GAAR Portal.
