The new, statewide consumer website is up and running just in time for GAAR's Grande Open House Weekend. The purpose of this new site is to provide GAAR REALTOR® members a new marketing resource at no additional cost. As a member benefit, you will never be asked to pay to be included and GAAR will never try to upsell you on deluxe features.

NewMexicoHomeSearch.com was developed with both consumers and REALTORS® in mind. It is attractive, very-user friendly and with a unique, New Mexico flair.

Here are a few features of the new site:

• Robust home search features with large home listings pulling directly from Flexmls
• A fun, interactive search map
• Open house listings 
• Rental listings
• Find a REALTOR® feature with REALTOR® contact information (pictures coming soon). Profiles also include your listings*
• Community Pages with content and images from New Mexico True, useful links and home listings.

*Note: if your listings in Flexmls are under a team, then your property listings will pull up under your team's profile.
