This course is designed to reveal the inner workings of an ethics hearing. The procedures as defined by NAR. The difference and similarities between a court hearing verses an ethics hearing, This 2 hour course, when combined with NAR’s streaming on-demand 2.5 hour ethics course, will provide the licensee the 4 hour ethics requirement within the 3 year license cycle for license renewal at half the price. A mock hearing, using a case study, will be performed by the attendees.
