How to Spot the Best in the Business
- Do you have a new REALTOR® who is knocking it out of the park?

- Is your REALTOR® associate no longer a rookie and had excellent sales?
Nomination Process
Nominated members will undergo an initial vetting process to ensure they meet basic requirements, including active membership status and being in good standing. Vetted applicants will then be reviewed by a nominating committee of previous winners in the same category, who will make the final selection.
Ways to Nominate:
- Submit your nominations by Tuesday, February 4th by 5:00 pm.
- You can submit online by clicking the category OR you can right-click the category to print and mail, email, or hand deliver a hard copy to melody@gaar.com.

Are Your 2024 Listings in Flex?
To be recognized in the Awards Gala Program, all your Listings for 2024 should be in Flexmls by January 31st. If you've already done so, there is nothing more you need to do. SWMLS Director Jeannette Davidson provides step-by-step instructions on how to verify that they have all been entered:
