The Time is Now: Claim Your Spot

The Diamond (1 available) and Platinum (2 available) sponsorship levels are now open for commitment. With limited availability, these exclusive opportunities offer unparalleled visibility and recognition for your business. To ensure your place, review the 2025 Sponsorship Packet and submit your commitment by December 31, 2024. When you apply, please indicate a second choice as well.

What Happens Next?

In the event of multiple commitments for Diamond or Platinum sponsorships, GAAR will hold a random drawing on January 6, 2025, to determine the winner. The selected sponsor will have the first right of refusal. Those not selected will have the option to secure their second-choice package or explore other available options before we open up to additional sponsors.

By becoming a top-level sponsor, you’re not just elevating your brand—you’re making a tangible difference. Proceeds from sponsorships, along with event funds, directly support the REALTOR® Fund, an endowment created by GAAR members. Minimally, the fund provides an annual grant of $45,000 to one local charity and an additional $5,000 to non-profits chosen by our Good Neighbor recipients.
