Highlights:
the median detached home price rose 3.2 percent to $189,900
the average detached price rose 6.8 percent to $226,192
the number of new listings decreased 3.3 percent for single-family detached homes and 24.4 percent for condos, townhomes and other attached homes
inventory of detached home for sale dropped 16.1 percent in July
detached homes sold in an average of 48 days – which is 20% faster than in July 2015
the 1,060 homes sold in July 2016 remained stable with a negligible 0.2 percent increase
pending sales increased 7.9 percent for detached homes
