Highlights

• the median detached home price rose 0.4 percent to $200,000
• the average detached price increased 3.9 percent to $243,099
• overall inventory of detached homes for sale decreased 18.8 percent to 3,468
• the number of closed sales for detached homes increased 6.1 percent to 1,194
• the number of detached homes going under contract rose 22.9 percent to 1,283
