What can I do to combat Zillow Zestimates?

Use an RVM (REALTOR Valuation Model), a more accurate, computer valuation that is backed by MLS data and for REALTORS® only. Getting an RVM for a property is a 5 step process:

1. In Flexmls, click on RPR in the Search Menu

   

2. Type in your property address in the RPR search bar and click search:

   

3. Look for the words "Current RVM"

   

4. Make sure the RVM Confidence is four stars or higher
