Help Article: How to Search For Listings

How to view All listings.

  1. ‍Go to the “Search” tab. 
  2. Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
  3. Input any desired search filters. 
  4. Once you have applied all filters, click the “Search” button at the top of the page. All listings fitting your search criteria will be returned in the search results. 
  5. Within the search results window, click the “All” tab. This display will show all listings.  

How to view MLS Member Listings

  1. ‍When your search results window, click the “MLS” Tab. 
  2. Under this tab, you will notice a number that will indicate how many MLS listings are available within your search results. 

How to View Rental Beast Listings

  1. ‍Within your search results window, click the “Rental Beast” Tab. 
  2. Under this tab, you will notice a number that will indicate how many “Rental Beast” listings are available within your search results. 

‍Note: Listings under the “Rental Beast” tab are owner-sourced or “For-Rent-by-Owner” listings and any unclaimed Property Management Software listings. Once a listing is claimed it will only show under the “MLS” tab.
